Had all windows replaced many years back. a couple of years after, one big rainstorm, entire water seeped over into mainfloor; when i opened, the installed did not seat window and seal was not done. Another year past; rollers in another windows broken. Bay windows - i had issues year upon year - they would come just do a patch work and go; same story would repeat in a few years. finally this year, entire latches broke and nothing to screw in to; windows are fogged over. I contacted them; no reply received. Called their dealer and nothing heard back for 3 days and finally called them - have sent email with photos. If this does not work out; BBB complaint will be filed. It is not right. If you cannot stand up. Look for a better company is my suggestion.

Needed to replace furnace, Hans came by and gave me a quote and was able to have everything arranged within 1 week; job done on time and working well. A followup made in 3 weeks time. Good service overall. Recommend giving them a call.
