After the brutal winter ice storm, our front steps essentially fell apart. After contacting Mimmo through HomeStars, he suggested we recover the steps with a more durable stone (old stone = slate, new stone = flagstone). The team did a professional job completing the steps (including a great job siding around a pesky gas meter). The team was one time, and completed it in the agreed upon time frame. Mimmo even referred me to a railing company to get the railings replaced.

Imran is amazing at what he does. He did a thorough cleaning of the entire fireplace, taking apart each element to inspect and clean. When he was finished replacing all the parts, the fireplace lit up much stronger than we have ever had it - it really has made a great improvement. Imran does great work, and was timely, courteous, and efficient.

Al was on time and efficient. He diagnosed a few issues that I should be aware of in my fireplace, and cleaned the chimney thoroughly. He even walked me through the proper ongoing maintenance of my firebox and chimney. Everything went smoothly, and he was finished in 30 minutes.

After getting recommended to Buttons by some friends, we were extremely happy with the professional work of both John and Todd. They were detailed, professional and clean! John really knew his technical specs about the different pieces of hardware, and was always ready to explain things. When I had questions, they were happy to answer them. They even corrected a couple of issues that the previous maintenance company didn't fix (fan wasn't running at full capacity on furnace/AC). The owner arrived with a co-worker, and they were extremely prompt in arriving. After putting shoe covers on to keep everything clean, they diagnosed the problem quickly. Their work was clean, efficient and effective. I would completely recommend Water Works for any plumbing need. If I ever have anything else go wrong, they will be the first call. Thanks Michael!
