Having this roof problem for 5 years had eroded our confidence in the roofing trade (as the entire roof was installed by another large, well-known company only 6 years ago) Dealing with Mr Roof Repair has been a positive experience. We especially appreciated the complete explanation and assessment in writing and photos. We await winter to see if our problem is totally resolved but we have great confidence that it is. We had great service from Markham Garage Doors Ltd. on two separate occasions. Ryan replaced our noisy, old garage door opener with a quiet Liftmaster. More recently, Ernie came to install new cables because our old one snapped and the pins were rusted. He also repaired the bottom rubber guard without us even mentioning it. Both of these professionals were pleasant and informative, and we felt confident with their work. Nice people working in the office too. Our project involved replacing carpeting with hardwood on our stairs, hallway and master bedroom as well as installing new metal spindles and new baseboards. Ideal Stairs did not disappoint! Beginning with the receptionist, Sonika, whose gentle and helpful manner was appreciated, followed by the designer, Sukh, we felt we found the right company. By discussing and adapting the plan over 2 visits to our home and 1 visit to the showroom, Sukh made sure that our decisions were thought through in order to avoid problems during construction. We were extremely lucky to be assigned Raja and Mo ,from Modern Kitchen Designs ,as our general contractors. These personable and efficient professionals guided the demolition and reconstruction process, coordinating the high quality subcontractors who included the electrician, Surjit, and the tilers, Greg and Dominic. We then benefitted from the experienced and exacting work of cabinet installer, Gurpreet and his assistant, Kiran. Gurpreet quickly fine-tuned even the smallest problem to ensure our satisfaction with the final product. The cabinets are well made and beautifully designed. A minor communication glitch with SKY regarding the under cabinet lights and the installation of compost bins were the only delays we encountered. Overall, our kitchen renovation experience was made as easy as possible and we are happy to highly recommend SKY Kitchen Cabinets to others.

Tristar Marble and Granite came to us by way of Sky Kitchen Cabinets during our total kitchen renovation. Latour came to measure and we appreciated his advice regarding edging and backsplash. He and the installation team were very personable, efficient and hard working. Sky Kitchen Cabinets assigned Modern Design Kitchen and Baths to be the General Contractors for our total kitchen renovation. How lucky for us that they did! Raja and Mo are organized, and highly skilled, and are also very nice gentlemen to deal with. After removing the old kitchen, including removing the over-sized bulkheads and floor tiles, they prepared the space for the new cabinets. As well as plumbing and installing some appliances, they coordinated the quality subcontractors who were Tristar Marble, tilers Greg and Dominic and the electrician, Surjit. Raja always called to confirm dates and times so we knew what the next step would be in the project. We highly recommend these professionals!

Dimitar arrived on time and completed the work efficiently. He asked us to test the locks and answered any of our questions. We felt confident in his workmanship and the cost was reasonable and fair. Would definitely recommend Locksmith Care to others.

We were tired of painting and patching the poorly insulated window box around a second floor bedroom but we were hesitant to hire a siding contractor. How fortunate we were to find Sergei and Ruslan to complete our work! Everything about our experience with this company was great. The quote was fair and reasonable, they were polite and easy to talk to about the job and the site was meticulously cleaned up at the end. We saw that they worked methodically and paid attention to detail proving to us that they cared about the quality of their workmanship. John Hewitt installed a 14 inch solatube over our dark stairwell. We also included the add on light. We are so pleased with the amount of light now coming into the house. John is an extremely knowledgable and skillful installer who took time to both listen to our needs and explain the possibilities. The work was neatly done in a day and John appeared to us to be a person who takes pride in his work. Thanks for a great job!
