After a tennis sized ball fell into our vent I phoned and requested a full duct cleaning. But after looking at the main HVACarea Paul suggested that it wasn't neccessary, since there wasn't much accumulation. But Paul was determined to help remove that ball that was blocking air flow from one vent and was successful!! Paul was honest and just charged for a service call instead of a whole system cleaning!

Hey Linda, thanks for writing about your experience with me. Having the proper tools to do the job is important, but whether or not the job needs to be done, thats a different story. In this case, having recently had the ducts cleaned, there wasn't a need for another cleaning. I was up to the challenge however, to remove the tennis ball that was lodged in the ductwork, restricting air flow to the upstairs bedroom. Glad my tricks worked and was able to get it removed.
