The Goddards in Goulbourn

After the first winter we noticed the piece on top of the gate needed to be replaced. Since it was less than 10 months since the job was done we thought Fencescape would honour their job. We realize that pressure treated wood can split over time, but it has been less than 10 months. This could not have been a quality piece of wood when they attached it. My husband contacted Fencescape and they want $120 to replace the one board. After seeing the picture we sent to them, Patrick agreed to replace it with no charge.

We had our eavestroughs installed by Precision 6 years ago. We were totally satisfied with the original job. Recently we had a small issue with one of the corner pieces. Precision repaired it with no extra charge. Very professional and great customer services. Thanks Precision!

Peter was extremely helpful in planning our outdoor projects with us and providing advice in solving sun, privacy and elevation issues as they related to our projects. In October 2016, we were out of the country during the completion of our front patio and we so very pleased with the final result when we returned home. Our neighbors even commented on how professional and dedicated Adam, Zack and the entire team were when working on our job. Two winters have since passed and the patio is still perfect. We are so pleased that we have contracted with them to build a privacy fence this spring.
