My biggest problem with Podium is when they connected two live wires, doubling the voltage on one of my home electrical lines. This caused existing and a new expensive fixture from burning out. Thank God it was not my 7.2 Receiver and TV near by. Podium, when contacted refused to acknowledge their mistake. There were many other customer related issues of scheduling and incompetence.

I bought 1,400 SqFt of a Bonita flooring material. The material delivered did not match the sample look. The sample showed almost no knots and even colouring. Although we did expect some knots and variability however the planks were full of uneven colouring, excessive knotting and blackish areas.

Gitano did a great job. They arrived and left on time and left no mess. They also accommodated replacing my skylights at a very reasonable cost compared to market value. The work was completed to my expectation. They called after the 100km winds recently experienced and asked if all was well.
