We employed Magnolia Construction for our renovation and would highly recommend their services. Before hiring Magnolia, we were at wits end- dealing with tradespersons who overpromised and underdelivered. Jobs were left unfinished, and, in some cases, needed to be ripped out and restarted. Joey, Claudio, and the Magnolia team put an end to the anxiety and uncertainty by arriving on time, performing according to agreed-upon specifications, and meeting budget expectations. Magnolia is professional in their approach, and genuine in their desire to satisfy their clients. It’s no surprise that they were entrusted to work on the Chateau Laurier and Notre Dame basilica. We would gladly use their services again.

We had a major renovation planned but could not find the right ‘fit’ in a general contractor. We decided to use a reference from a colleague. From the moment we met Joey feet on Magnolia Construction, no one else compared and after weeks of finalizing our plans, Magnolia Construction proved to be in a league of their own- attentive, collaborative, technically strong, proficient with scheduling, reliable. It had gone smoothly. There were tradespeople on the site every day. The project came in under budget, and the work was exceptional. We highly recommend Joey and his team at Magnolia Construction.

Had all new eavestroughs installed. Great job! There was a problem area after install too much water during heavy rainstorms so it was overflowing) and Bronson Johnson chose to upgrade a section free of charge immediately. Fabian and his team went above and beyond and we are grateful!

I had written a previous review singing the praises of this company for the work it did removing two furnaces, installing a new one and installing 2 new A/C’s (the house came with two furnaces). But, after 3 years I have to change my review from great to poor. After a year of having constant issues with the c egg break air, I discovered that the technicians from this company had company installed one of the A/C units incorrectly. I called the company and was given the run around. Eventually J had to pay an electrician to come in and rewire what they had done. When the electrician showed up they said the unit was unbalanced. I ended up having to hire someone to mount the unit off the wall rather than having it sit on the ground (the technicians from this company said they would come back to do that when spring arrived but denied they had said so when I called to set up the appointment). I had given this company consistent business in perks ious years and spent over $10k this time but after the way I was treated on this job I have terminated all future business.
