Windows in Barrie

I had all the windows and screen doors replaced in my home about 4 months ago. One of the screens was slightly damaged so they needed to replace it. When I went to replace the new screen that Northern Comfort sent over it was ever so slightly off and would not fit in the window. I called them to replace it again and to also check the window crank on one of the windows as it continually popped out of place. The service guy arrived today and checked the screen. He said he would replace it shortly and went on to check my window crank. As it turns out you only need to pop it back in place and then snap it to lock it. He realized that the window could use an adjustment due to settling so he made an adjustment and showed me a very quick and easy fix so the windows wouldn't stick when I opened them. Once he finished he went ahead and made adjustments on all the windows! He then took the screen and said he would return when it was fixed. The next thing you know there is a ring at the door and it is the repairman with the screen. He shaved it down in the truck so I wouldn't have to wait. This gentleman went above and beyond to satify the customer. Thank you very much

I was looking for a company that could install the Go Green windows. The program gives you a refund from the government of up to $5,000.00. Northern Comfort installers Dale and John showed up Wednesday April 4, 2018. They began working right away and continued on for the rest of the day. They returned the following day to continue working. It was apparent to Dale and John that they would require additional time as I was having 11 windows replaced, 2 patio doors and the return of all the shutters on the windows. They came across a number of challenges but they kept at it until each fit was perfect. The kitchen window was the only one that couldn't have the shutter replaced and that was due to a faucet that was installed after the shutters. After 3 solid days, the job was completed and I was completely satisfied with the work that was performed by Northern Comfort and Dale and John. My only concern was the drywall dust that remained all over the house. My suggestion would be to cover the furniture a lot better and carefully remove the plastic. For all the work that was done, dust is a small inconvenience.
