They cannot monitor my alarms anymore because I changed over to VOIP. So cancelled that service. Had a camera system installed a couple of years ago, and bell recently upgraded my router. I was told by the one installer/tech that the cameras cannot be put online with the new bell modem that was installed. The bell wifi modem didn’t support it, and I can only see the cameras when connected to my wifi (kind of useless). Also the “owner” was bragging about how he fired 3 of his employees for theft. Don’t know how I feel about this company anymore.
