Omer does incredible work! We had decided to do a major landscaping job in the backyard and as a finishing feature we wanted to clean up the exposed foundation as we live in a split level house. Can Stucco was recommended to us and Omer came to the house to give us a quote. Omer was incredibly friendly and professional and even with our tight timeline he was able to accommodate our needs to complete the work ahead of schedule and the price was completely reasonable! We would (and have) recommended Omer and Can Stucco to friends and family and we ourselves would happily contact Omer for any additional resurfacing we choose to do. Arctic Spa has helped us create the backyard of our dreams. We decided that we were interested in a swim spa in the summer of 2019. We had been to a number of swim spa dealers in doing our research but once we spoke to the team at Arctic Spa, we knew immediately that this was the place for us! Randy was extremely knowledgeable on the different spa options and with the added features available on the Arctic Spa products (ie forever floor and insulation methods) our minds were made up. Once we placed our order the Arctic Spa team offered very helpful info on what to have ready for the day of delivery and were able to connect us with an incredible crane company (shout out to Babcock Crane). Delivery couldn’t have gone better! The delivery team were friendly and professional and best of all very precise! Everything fit the space perfectly. Over the last month, as new swim spa owners, we’ve obviously had questions and the Arctic Spa team has always been available over the phone, email and in person. Groundscape is incredible. Let us save you the trouble of all the research. You will not be disappointed. We ‘interviewed’ numerous contractors when we were considering landscaping our backyard. As soon as Sal came by to discuss what we might want, we knew right away this was the team we need. We were somewhat clueless as to what we wanted exactly but Sal was able to give us lots of ideas with no bias and was comfortable answering the numerous questions we had lined up for him. When the time came the crew showed up on time 6 days a week until the job was complete. It was a fantastic group to work with and a special thank you to Sal, Mike, Mike, Jordan and Robert who worked so hard every day to give us the backyard of our dreams. They really are perfectionists which made us so comfortable in every aspect of the job. Even in the time of Covid and social distancing the guys kept their distance and wore face masks throughout. Everything was taken care of by the crew and they were all on site (including the owner and foreman) every single day. Absolutely the best service and quality around! I couldn't be happier with every step of my interaction with Classic. Started this process knowing nothing about a gas insert and right away the staff were incredible. Met with Terry on the showroom floor who explained the process and options. Next Josh came to the house and gave a quote specific to our unique gas fitting situation. Within 2 weeks, Steve and Rick were at the house installing our new unit. Professional, friendly and clean! These guys appreciate quality work and it shows in the job that they do. Babz even makes invoicing painless. I wish I hadn't waited so long! I would definitely recommend Classic Fireplace.
