GWL in Georgetown

We began looking for an interlock company in September 2021 with an expected start date of mid to late April 2022. Of 5 different companies only Roger from Pattern Lock ever called me back. Within a week Jeff had attended the house, measured and returned with a 3D rendering of how things would look. We chose our stone colours and had an estimate the week after that. Everything was very professional and friendly. As spring of 2022 arrived Roger contacted me regarding the schedule and due to a few unforeseen events we moved our start date to May 30. That day the crew arrived, bins arrived, the stone was dropped and work began. 2 weeks later it was all done and looks amazing. My thanks to Roger and Joe and the whole crew who showed up to get the work completed. It was good to have such a contientious group coming to my home. I highly recommend Pattern Lock Interlocking for all your paver installation needs.

The salesman Austin was very professional. He explained how the doors were manufactured (all Canadian !) and where their product differed from others and why. His timelines for production to installation were very accurate. When Henry and Nick arrived to install the doors they took care to put down cardboard to protect our hardwood floors and they were very tidy as they went about their work. Henry went above and beyond while fitting the new concrete step below the slider door in the rear of the house. He replaced some old crumbling brick with others I had on site to fortify the step. When the door was finished it slides as easily as they said it would and is a world of difference from the old aluminum wrapped builders model we have been suffering with for 18 years. Nick removed our old double doors and installed the new single front door with two side lights. Given that the opening isn't exactly square and the center portion was slightly heaved Nick did a great job ensuring the new door looks and works great. Thanks again guys for a wonderful job.

We began working with Cory about a year prior to the redesign our kitchen. He was very conscientious in listening to our wants and needs and was able to design a fabulous kitchen from our many discussions. He has many great ideas and incorporates what you desire with his capabilities. His attention to detail is amazing. His level of planning ensures there are very few (if any) unforeseen obstacles to overcome. We removed a load bearing wall during this renovation which required other contractors to be involved in the project. Cory was exceptional in his work and communication with the other crews. He always kept things moving forward. Cory keeps his work area neat and tidy and was a pleasure to have working in our home. I will be recommending Eskra carpentry to everyone I know.
