We worked with Daniel and his team with installing a new fireplace surround and I'm very disappointed. The mantle needed his attention before the project could be deemed completed but we paid him the full amount anyway. He looked at me in the eye and said "I'll be back. I wont let you down". I believed him. It's been over a year and we've tried contacting him several times to come finish the job and he doesn't pick up the phone. He'll pick up when we call from a different number though, then tells me "Ill be there next week" only to have him not pick up the phone again. If its about finding time he should just say so, not ignore us completely. My entire family said we overpaid for this fireplace surround and boy, did we ever, but we went with it anyway because they seemed reputable. I was wrong. Daniel, when you dont have your word, you have nothing.

Its not often you find contractors that are super good to deal with and do good work. These guys are on the ball, efficient and they cleaned up after themselves.... and the best part is, they are knowledgeable and did the job well! They also realized it was less work than what was originally quoted to me and SAVED ME MONEY. This is the kind of honesty you never see. I was floored - super impressed with them and would use them again.

Actually, Chris and the guys at NorthStone are a breath of fresh air in terms of working with contractors. They are communicative, personable and timely. Not only were they the most reasonable in pricing, but the granite countertop they installed makes my kitchen look so elegant (now I just need to upgrade my cabinets to match how nice the countertops are). To boot, they came back to make a small half an inch correction and were so nice about it. Their level of customer service is not something you see in this business very often. I would recommend them without hesitation.
