We are so happy with the installation and service from Hussein and his team! They were so professional and the installation was quick and neat. They cleaned up everything before they left as well. From the very beginning we spoke to Hussein who was always available and courteous to answer all of our questions and after searching other companies, he came in very competitive and we felt that this was the right place to do the job for us. We are so glad to have found this place!! We went to City Vacuum after countless times having gone to another vacuum place in Markham with no results at this other place. The City Vacuum owner identified the problem immediately and fixed the problem with a fair price. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and my vacuum works great. My 90 year old Dad’s furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days in January. We were desperate to find someone to repair or replace it as quickly as possible. We looked at all the reviews and we decided to go with Climax. We are so glad we did! We immediately got a call from Sam who instructed us on what to do in the meantime to keep some heat on until he came. It worked! Sam came out very quickly and we discussed the options. The furnace was old and we needed to replace it. He gave us a very competitive price and installed it very quickly. We cannot express our gratitude! Joe was very knowledgeable and friendly. He immediately identified the problem and fixed it. The upper section was not cleaning properly and he found the problem and replaced the crusher and cleaned the rotator which had accumulated debris.
