Stay away.... Luis the owner of Acores stairs seemed like he was very honest and professional and he let me down badly.leaving the steps half inch out of level .the steps do not match when you put an 8" level on top . Came with his young kids to do the installation and kept yelling and screaming at them.i paid all before seeing the finish product and it was a disaster. After contacting him to come fix his mess he would avoid answering the phone or reply to texts.

My contractor ordered the glass for my railings from this company and all the glasses were ok except the most complicated one. My contractor had the template drawn onto plywood and when they made the glass the glass did not match the template because when they did it on the CNS machine they put the wrong radius which made the glass about 3 mil bigger in which would not fit. The person responsible at the factory told me that it could have possibly been the "new guy" on the machine that used a little too big of a radius . He said he would try to fix it or would make me a new one. The owner sees me and without knowing what was happening starts raising his voice at me and my dad and disrespecting me in front of his workers. He said he is not going to touch or fix the glass because it's tempered and to talk to my contractor and to tell my contractor to call him as he didn't want to deal with me. As a business owner that is not how you talk to your customers and did not leave me with a good impression. As a result I took back my template and had to take business elsewhere for one glass as they were not professional enough to deal and accept that the problem was theirs to begin with. ...

I want to thank Jamie and Carlos and the installers for their beautiful job in our home. From day one I liked how Jamie did the drawings and worked around our needs to ensure we would be truly happy and within our budget. This is a company you can trust and are very precise with their work. Installers are very professional,hard working and clean up after themselves at the end of each day. Installation is done by using a couple lasers to ensure top quality work.thank you guys for the awesome work = )

My wife and I are very pleased with the choice of quartz we choose and extremely satisfied with Mohsen and his team for taking the time ensuring our high standards were met. By choosing a counter / backsplash as a 2 piece project in which the veins would have to match as close as possible stonnik made it happen and looks stunning pics don't do justice. Ritson the installer did a phenomenal job with his precise measuring / cutting ensuring that no mistakes were done. Amazing work on the double side bevel all done by hand . Thank you guys soo much for the great job and talk soon when my washrooms are ready for countertops = )

The caulking professionals did an owesome job on my home the cauking looks so nice and straight I also got them to do the skirt around the house between the sill/brick and that turned out sick. Jose is a man of his word I didn't have all the windows ready and once they were I called and he was there within a few days to finish the job. I would highly recommend the caulking professionals .
