After snaking, descaling etc.there was still too little water coming into the bowl and it wasn`t totally emptying, but we had done everything and if you dumped a bucket of water in it flushed fairly well. So, I was pretty sure we were going to have to put in a new toilet (the one we have is seriously poor quality). QUinn came over and was pleasant and listened to my long winded explanation. HE went through the same routine and agreed that a new toilet was likely in order; but he would try augering the drain before we finalized the toilet purchase. Voila! He managed to get out what is likely a latex medical glove. Although it wasn`t enough to block the drain it was enough to make toilet act weird. Our bathroom is TINY and there is only room for 1 - were he not the honest fellow he is he could have said no success with the auger and dinged me for a toilet purchase and installation (which I would have happily done). But he was as thrilled as I that this was the solution. I am a small woman who uses a wheelchair and that can attract service people who will try to shaft me. I had been prepared for a rather large bill. But, he was only going to charge me for the service call ($50)...he was here quite a while. However, all of our neighbours have had a lot of drain problems; so, I decided to also purchase a service plan. It wan`t very expensive and the peace of mind is worth it; and, the discounts you would get if it was a larger job would more than cover the cost of the insurance plan. He applied the discount to this service call and it was only $25. Dalia in the office was also wonderful. Good team! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I was referred by a friend of a friend and was then convinced to call after I read the reviews. Mark and Robbie were amazing - prompt, tidy, friendly and did beautiful work. Given the age of the house nothing ever runs smoothly; but, they stuck with it without a break and honoured their quote which was considerably lower than any one else's. GRAEAT GUYS!!!!!

I contacted these folks via Home Stars last week. 2 days later I had a quote. 3 days later the work was complete. Jay did an amazing job, matching mortar colour, pointing and finishing beautifully, taking pictures and coming down off the roof to explain things. He worked non-stop for 7 hours, was tidy, courteous, friendly and wonderful with curious kids and dog. He was so impressive that many of our neighbours contacted Red Robin to do work while he was still here. These folks are amazing!

Henry did a beautiful job putting in a new front and back door for me. As mine is an older home with odd size doors he had to do a considerable amount of extra work to install the new doors. At my request he managed to salvage the old Art Deco trim and get it to fit the new frame. He is conscientious, friendly, efficient and tidy. I would definitely hire him again.

I hired Henry Zalipski to remove old doors and screens on both the front and back of the house and reframe and install new doors. He was efficient, friendly and did a wonderful job; at my request he even managed to remove all the original art deco interior door trim carefully so that it could be used again once the new doors were installed even though the frames were different sizes. Not only am I thrilled the entire neighbourhood is jealous of my amazing red front door.

Paul, Simon and his crew were doing such a great job of my lawn that I was thrilled to find out they did interlocking brickwork as I needed my driveway redone and preferred to have the look and better drainage with interlock. Not only were they one of the lower quotes they were great at keeping in contact with me, got my quote done in less than a day and started work very quickly. The fellows working on the project were friendly, hard working (they kept going even in the July heat) and they looked out for my dog who is now their best friend. I will continue to use them and would highly recommend them!!!!!!
