We chose Centra over several other competitors based on the quality and value of their product offerings. The most notable differences in dealing with Centra compared to past experiences was their attention to detail and attentive communication. Administration and service personnel kept us informed at all times regarding pre-installation visits, deliveries or when their crews would arrive. Suffice to say they completed the installation of all products in a timely and in a professional manner. The home improvement arena isn't exactly teeming with providers worthy of a '10' but the Centra team certainly deserved this one! We had two big box store quotations to replace our front entry doors when introduced to House Smart Home Improvements (HSHI). The first thing that impressed us about them was their professional approach and straight talk - no bad-mouthing of the competition, just a clear representation of the benefits of their product and services. They were also responsive and clear throughout our pre-order communications. HSHI committed to, and delivered on, all aspects of the project including the installation. Their crew, equally professional and courteous, removed the original dbl. doors, installed the new door and cleaned up the site within 3 hrs. For us, the most important consideration in dealing with HSHI was their credibility - they did what they said they would do, on time and on budget. The fact that we also saved $2,000 over the big box store quotes was merely icing on the cake. The door by the way looks even better than we imagined! TC
