Endless processes to get the installation scheduled. An installer damaged my gutters and facia board and took off without saying anything. The carpet came with a big stain on it. Now it's another endless process just to get my gutters fixed and to get the soiled carpet replaced. This has been a total joke. No accountability. Update: The installation company Advance took complete responsibility, my carpet was replaced and my gutters fixed...very happy now. Will use their, and Home Depots services again.
