I'm very satisfied with Mike's work. He's been very helpful in selecting the right carpet for our house. Also, unlike some of his competitors he was flexible and accommodating to our requests, like splitting the work into two days two weeks apart or leaving some big furniture in the rooms and finding a way to install the carpet there. He also went an extra mile and fixed a couple of squeaky stairs. Mike and his crew worked fast and hard, left no mess after they were done and were very professional and respectful. Keep up good work, Mike!

Delroy checked my dishwasher but couldn't find where it was leaking. He still charged $65, said try a few cycles, see where it leaks and he'll come fix it again within a month for free. Few days later I found a spot where it leaks, called him, he said he'll come soon to fix it. One week gone - no show, no call. Called him again - same story, promise to come, no show-no call. After at least five failed attempts I gave up.

Out of several quotes, Kirill's was the best, plus he was able to show all required papers (licence, insurance, etc). He explained everything in details, put everything in writing, so my neighbor and I were satisfied (we live in semis and re-roofed the whole roof for both houses). They started on time and it took them two days instead of one, as promised, to finish the roof, which was a minor inconvenience. But job was well done, I went on the roof myself to check everything. They worked real hard both days and cleaned very well after finishing the roof. I'd definitely recommend them!

I emailed a few companies about my central AC not cooling enough, possibly need a replacement. Fred was one of the first to respond and was able to come for inspection the same day. He checked AC, furnace, made a few adjustments and useful recommendations, but most importantly confirmed that AC is still in working condition, no leaks or anything, so I don't need to replace it now - saved me a lot of $$$. Thanks a lot, man!
