Great workmanship. Started the job 3 weeks early, which rarely happens in the trades. Showed up on time, and finished in just over a day. Customer focused, very pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

I contacted MoldTech regarding a potential mold issue in a storage area in my basement. I discovered water seeping in through the foundation causing a musty smell. Being a cancer survivor (and not wanting to be exposed to anything toxic), my husband and I wanted an expert opinion. I spoke to Charles and arranged for him to come and assess. He accommodated a 7:30am appointment and was on time. He gave an honest opinion, which was that mold wasn't an issue. We so appreciated his honesty since as consumers (not educated in this field) we're at his mercy. I can't say enough about how pleased we were with Charles and MoldTech. We highly recommend both Charles and MoldTech.
