I met Roy and Dov at the Home Show in early 2018 and soon went to their location to look at options for purchasing flooring for our townhouse, as we were replacing the floors on the first and second floors. They have a great store, lots of options, big space, very friendly and knowledgeable! We had a delay in construction so went back this October to finalize our decision and Roy was very patient as we still weren't sure what colour and brand to go with and he reviewed and laid out several ideas for us. We took home several options and decided on a Superior wood product. Our floor presented several challenges (weird angles, very uneven subfloor, etc.) but they were able to provide a lot of tips and advice on what to do, and what options I had as I was doing the installation myself. Roy had the product delivered to our place within 2 weeks, including the custom floor vents, hardwood treads for the stairs and bullnose for other stairs and landings. John was also very friendly and together we unloaded 50 boxes in no time. I highly recommend them; great line of products, very friendly and very knowledgeable and were a great help in answering my many questions and concerns. I would definitely purchase from them again. I needed to do a complete upgrade of my furnace and AC system, and I reached out to furnace king and they put me in touch with Sandip. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and dropped by at a time that was convenient for me. After doing some research I decided to go with Furnace King through Home Depot. The price was very competitive and the company had a great reputation and the Trane equipment was very well reviewed. They booked an install date that worked for me and the installers, Mike and John, arrived on time, were exceptionally friendly (putting up with my 1000 questions) and professional. The installation was pretty difficult, the original furnace was from 1978 and in a very confined space, but they managed to do a fantastic job. I couldn't have been happier. Sandip dropped by to check how things were going, which I thought was great added service, and he followed up after a couple days to make sure it was working great. I did have a minor issue with the humidifier and furnace King booked someone right away, Claudio, who was great. Even though it wasn't urgent, dropped by before his first call of the day, fixed the problem (minor drip/leak at the connection due to a small crack in the plastic fitting) and dropped by later in the day to double check everything. Sandip also followed up on this issue. Overall I couldn't be more pleased with the product, the installation and the improvements to my home and furnace King and their staff, especially Sandip. I haven't tested out the AC yet, but the new unit is much more efficient, quieter and kept the house quite warm even during the super cold spell in December. I have it run through my Nest thermostat (which they installed for me) and it's super helpful to manage the settings remotely as that also keeps my costs of heating down. I highly recommend Furnace King.
