This is the worse appliance company I have ever used. My oven broke down and a technician told me the main terminal board needed to be replaced. Waited two weeks for the technician to return only to be informed that it he had the wrong part. I was told it was the supplier's fault, which I very much doubt. After four days I was told that they couldn't get the part and I would receive a refund. I had already paid the service call fee and 50% of the part ($869). Nobody from accounting called me re the refund so I called them and was informed that I would be charged for the 2nd repair visit even though it was their mistake bringing the wrong part. The accounting person I spoke with didn't care what my story was and said IT IS OUR POLICY TO CHARGE FOR A 2nd VIST. The whole fiasco cost me hundreds of dollars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

This was the second time in ten years I have used this company. Perry and his team did an excellent job on both occasions. His price was fair and completed in record time. I highly recommend him.
