I went through several window companies to get quotes for changing 3 windows, patio and main entrance doors. I felt no rapport with any of the companies. My search ended when I came upon New Look Windows and Doors in the HomeStars site. I dealt with Alex who is straightforward, prompt and patient in answering all my questions, even till after the installation job. Prior to the work, Alex emailed me a list of things to do, which is very helpful. During the work, the installers were meticulous, careful and cleaned up well at the end. Between the two installers, the job was done in under 6 hours. However, after the job was done, I noticed something amiss with the patio door handle. It wasn't what I wanted but Alex was very prompt in checking it out and assuring that it would be fixed. I await the day that will complete my utmost satisfaction in this home project. In the meantime, I am very pleased with the way the new windows and doors gave my tired-looking home a fresh new look. There is also now a lot more airflow and natural light (main entrance door). I look forward to this winter where I expect my home to be warmer. If anyone has no idea where to begin or is stuck in their research for windows and doors companies, give New Look a try.

Logik has a great team of professionals who were right beside me from the start to the end to upgrade the attic insulation to R60. They worked on the estimate and walked me through the process and what would be done. Very friendly and courteous. After receiving the estimate, I had issues with critters in the attic and which damage part of the roof. Through this stressful time, Danielle was really helpful, patient and reassuring with my 101 questions and noted on the work order form to check and repair the roof. The team that came out to do the work on 3 March were phenomenal - Gus, Mark, Doug, Mikey, Covy. They were fast and efficient with the work, both inside the attic and on the roof. Each of them worked in tandem, well organized and even cleaned up pretty good after the job. They were also very respectful of my elderly parents and have a great sense of humor. I had researched 5 other companies and I am happy to have chosen this one. My experience was a happy one, so much so that I asked if I could take a picture! Such an accommodating crew, excellent work, thank you team Logik!
