We placed an order with Centennial Windows/Doors on June 15th, 2017 for a front door with 2 side lights and a sliding patio door. We were told that these doors would be installed by the end of July, they weren't installed until September 1st, 2017, the reason given for this delay was that the sales rep (Mike M. from Wallaceburg) suggested a door that wasn't even possible and that had never been done before so it was very custom and this is why it was taking longer than expected. The installation took place on September 1st, 2017, the glass in the door and side lights was wrong, it was not even close to what we had ordered. I called Mike immediately to let him know that the glass was not what we ordered and instead of addressing the issue in a professional manner he made me feel as though I was wrong. He then called back at a later time and thinking he was going to address the issue of the incorrect glass, he was actually calling to let us know that he messed up on the contract with the amortization period and it would need to be corrected. We were then scheduled to have Centennial windows come on October 16th, 2017 in the afternoon to reinstall the glass with the one we had originally ordered. They showed up to install the glass at 6:00pm, the glass was wrong again. So to whomever is reading this review, I highly recommend choosing another company to go with for new doors. This situation has been very stressful and depressing. What is my $15 500.00 hard earned dollars paying for? To be continued....who knows how long this will take to get resolved.
