We were renovating parts of our roof when a racoon found an opening and made himself at home. Ken was very prompt to come to our property and assess the situation. He explained how the racoon was getting in and was able to show us the path he was using to climb through our rafters. Unlike other wildlife removal services we contacted, Ken also offered clean-up and sanitization which we needed as the racoon had been in our attic for a while. With each appointment (initial visit, set-up, clean-up), Ken was super-prompt and showed up when he said he would show up which we really appreciated. Thanks Ken!

I needed soffits, eaves and downspouts replaced ASAP and Manny was able to schedule me in within a few days after doing his initial quote (which was fair and comparable to other quotes I received). I really appreciated Manny's level of service and he kept me posted on the project around the clock with phone calls and texts because he knew I needed the work completed urgently. He really provides service to customers and aims to please. We had a soffit slightly damaged by another contractor within days of Manny's completed work and he offered to come back in a few months when our house reno is complete so he can replace the dented soffit. You can tell that customer service is a priority for him and he will fix any issues or slight imperfection until you are happy. We had a big rain storm shortly after he completed the work and so far so good! Thanks Manny! Overall we are pleased with his work!
