After speaking with several companies I decided upon Camera Installers Inc. Victor Palma returned my original call promptly and met with me onsite at the agreed upon time. I was very pleased with his knowledge, friendliness and pricing. Victor showed up on the scheduled install date with his co-worker and the install of 4 outdoor cameras and setup took most of the day as was discussed with me ahead of time. The install went smoothly and all waste materials, etc. were cleaned up. We ran into a glitch with programming due to a problem with my wifi network. After Victor spent many hours trying to program the camera system into my network, I decided that my network was not compatible with the new camera system. Victor helped me to research for a network that would be compatible and give me everything I had on my previous network. Until I setup the new wifi network Victor spent an entire Sunday attempting to find ways to make his equipment work with my existing network. After I setup the new network, Victor came out again on a Sunday, spent a few hours configuring the security system to my new network and everything works fantastic. I found Victor to be punctual, reliable, friendly and very easy to work with. Anyone who is looking for a good surveillance system at a reasonable price would be foolish not to use Victor & his team. Thank you Victor for giving us exactly what I was looking for and for being persistent. You and your company will be highly recommended.

I called Paramount Roofing in June of 2017. I met with Patrick at our house. He had come prepared with aerial photographs of my house & roof line. Prior to our meeting I already met with several metal roofing companies but none of their products offered me the appearance I was looking for my house. Patrick showed me several samples and I was very interested in a particular style which would give my house the street appearance I was looking for. I asked Patrick for some referrals and houses he completed so I could be sure the sample I saw and the pictures I saw were exactly what I wanted. Patrick provided several references and I went out to visit the sites. Once I was satisfied as to what I could expect, I called Patrick back to finalize our purchase. At all times Patrick promptly returned my calls and was very easy to work with. While Paramount was not the cheapest metal roofer they were also not the most expensive and Patrick absolutely did his best to accomodate my budget and work with me to purchase the roof we wanted. In addition I told Patrick I was in no hurry to have the roof installed and my timeline was about mid-September. So today is September 14th and Patrick's installers have just completed my roof. To say I am super pleased would be an understatement. First the quality of the products used on our roof was second to none. The trim, the finish all are of excellent workmanship. The installers, Eddy and Guillermo were unbelievably professional, courteous and clean. They explained everything each step of the way, questioned things they wanted me to be happy with and really bent over backwards to make sure I was completely satisfied and the job site cleaned upon completion. Well boys....you did an amazing job. I am so pleased by the finished job, the quality of materials & workmanship and the wonderful transformation my house has undergone. Paramount Roofing is a great company when it comes to roofing. Unfortunately I have not had an opportunity to post pictures as the job was completed at dusk & I am at work today but will edit this review with some pics.
