Prior to contacting Dan, my 30 year-old front porch was in the last stages of decay. The brick was crumbling and therefore unstable and the concrete steps were pitted in spots. The landing was a dated and worn out combination of pressure-treated wood and small pavers that had sunk and shifted. The rebuild consists of well-matched brick sides capped with limestone while the porch floor and stairs are refaced with flagstone as is the landing (which sits on a reinforced concrete pad). The craftsmanship is exceptional and the finished project exceeded expectations. Dan and his team deliver superior workmanship. They are punctual, well-mannered and customer-focused. Dan is extremely knowledgeable, offering suggestions as well as a detailed explanation of the process. Further, he has excellent communication skills, keeping in touch from the initial consultation to completion. It is rare to read such consistent and outstanding reviews.
