From the time we recieved the quote to replace the bricks on our chimney, the job was completed soon there after in a professional manner. We are very pleased with the results.

Hatten Masonry repaired our chimney from the roofline up, as well as some damaged bricks in the chimney shoulder. They also replaced 6 window sills that were constructed of brick by the builder; these were replaced with one piece limestone sills. Dan and team did a great job on all work completed. Dan showed up to review work to be done promptly, estimate was detailed, work was scheduled and date confirmed, Dan & team showed up as scheduled, job was completed in 2 days, and everything was nicely cleaned up when they left. I would call Hatten Masonry again, for any future projects.

Brick work done at front of house. Had shaling of bricks and cracked bricks at the base of the front wall of the house around the front door. The workmanship was beyond excellent Area was cleaned up and all garbage taken away. The wife & I are very impressed and happy with the work done.

Earlier this year i had my chimney rebuilt and 2nd chimney repaired by another company but ended up being shoddy work. So i had Dan come to look at the two chimneys, he went up to inspect it and saw that the chimney that was rebuilt the chimney crown is already cracked, he took a photo and showed it to me. Hatten Masonry did a great job in rebuilding the chimney and repairing the 2nd chimney and both of the chimneys look a lot better and clean, as a chimney should look, after they were done they cleaned up the area and made it look spotless. I will be using them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone else that need any mason work done.

A white substance appeared on the outside brick of my chimney. Dan identified it as efflorescence, inspected the chimney, and recommended capping it. The service delivery was prompt, orderly, clean.

I can't be sure of the quality of the work for a few years, though if my previous experience with Dan is indicative, I expect it will hold up well.

Dan's company previously replaced the parging on my home. That work was well done, and has stood up, so I went to him for this chimney repair.

From their initial prompt response to our service request to job completion, Hatten Masonry acted in a very professional manner. They did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would. They needed access to our neighbour's property in order to work on that side of our house and those neighbours reported HM were couteous, respectful and did a thorough job of cleaning up.
