We signed a contract with Hardwood Giant in Scarborough in May, 2017 for the purchase and installation of hardwood. We received good service from Kamran but everything went downhill following the installation. Immediately following the identification of several installation defects, I sent pictures of each defective work, as evidence, to Kamran who then referred the email to Major , supposedly the Installation Supervisor. Major came to visit our place to inspect and agreed that corrective action needs to occur and he was to schedule the work in six weeks. This took us to August. This is when we experienced the worst customer experience one can imagine. We did not get any advise on the schedule that we needed to follow up on several occasions. We spoke to Karan, the Manager on July 27, who advised Major was on leave and he will get back to us. Lo and behold , we never heard back from Karan. After following up yet again, we were told Major's replacement, Deep, is responsible for the scheduling. Following on another visit to Scarborough Office and emails to Deep, which received no response, I followed up and spoke to Deep who promised to get back to me on September 5. As before, NO PHONE CALL!, NO RESOLUTION. Two phone calls from us on September 6 still produced nothing. We were advised that Deep is on vacation and not available. We are left with several OUTSTANDING DEFECTIVE WORKMANSHIP! Don't buy into their ads of 100% customer guarantee. This company does not even know what customer service is let alone give you 100% guarantee.
