1-800-GOT-JUNK was super helpful in removing the items from my parents old home. It was super easy to work with them, and like their slogan says, it literally was "point and it will disappear" . They got every last thing out of the house that needed to be thrown away and their kind and caring customer service and hard work really shone through at the end of it all. I would definitely use them again when I need to dispose of anything I can't easily do. Thank you for all your help!!

You Move Me has done an exceptional job for my parents. They were quick in getting back to my questions and were upfront about all the costs associated with our move. It was a difficult move too because my parents were moving to a 3 story townhome in which they had to carry up heavy furniture and climb up and down stairs. They did their best in making sure everything we wanted move to be moved that day, asking me many times along the way to make sure they didn't miss anything. Their customer service, dedication, and transparency makes You Move Me a highly recommended company. This is my second move with them, and again, I am truly grateful for all they've done for us in the 8 hours they spent with us, helping my parents transition easier. Thank you!!

I paid in full after booking the appointment and on the day of, they refused to do any cleaning, not even to vacuum for my parents, who are senior citizens. I demanded at least 50% of my money back for services not rendered but no one responded to me in the last 2 weeks. It is unfair practice to charge in full upfront and then on the day of the appointment decline services and not receive some sort of reimbursement. I am very disappointed. It isn't small amount that I paid as well. A very unhappy customer.
