Nov/22. -This is a follow up to the two reviews provided below. Today the workers came to repair my porch and steps. They were very friendly and, at least to this point in time Im quite happy with the work they did. It took some time, but the original warranty was honoured and I am grateful for that. August/22- (Since posting the review I have heard from the company that they will do repairs by the end of August. Ill let you know how it works out.) July/22- The materials and labour for our porch came with a 25 year warranty. After 6 years one of the stones on the edge of a step had split and broken. We called Kevin to do a repair. After three years and many calls and promises to take care of it nothing happened except water continuing to get under the stone loosening other stones and eroding the mortar. Finally we called another contractor. Apparently, the mortar was never sealed at the start. Almost all the mortar needs to be replaced. Despite the warranty we are paying thousands of dollars again for a job poorly done in the first place.

We bought our spa at Save on Spas in 2008. Over the time we have had the spa Save on Spas have been helpful and had everything we've needed. Recently the original cover needed to be replaced. Four years after the usual life span of a cover. Ahmar, who sold us the spa in the first place nine years ago, was extremely helpful and generous with his time and to be sure we had what we needed at a good price.
