We were faced with an unexpected situation that was going to require a complete gut and renovation of our main washroom. Thank goodness we found TilePro!!!! TilePro is more than just a tile company, they are a full renovation service company. The star of the show is Arsim, the owner and president of this highly talented and skilled company. After receiving Arsims response through Homestars, we booked time the following day for him to come and assess the work required. We received his detailed written quote the following day. After reviewing 6 quotes, and reading each companys Homestars reviews, we selected Arsim. We met with him and were impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and his honesty about what needed to be done, and why. We also were impressed of his knowledge about condo renovations which many of the other contractors lacked. Arsim, president of TilePro, told us it would take one week to do the job, we were thrilled to hear this! They started on Wednesday and one week later, they were finished. They were on time, maintained excellent communication throughout the whole renovation, went above and beyond to help us and always kept the work area clean. My wife and I are very pleased and impressed with the first class quality workmanship. Were thrilled the quote we received before work started was what we paid, absolutely no surprises. We decided to renovate our entire kitchen, with me playing the role as General Contractor. A role I have done many times before. In this case, I needed to find a tile installer to remove the existing floor and backsplash tiles and install new floor tiles. We did not have any installers to provide us with a quote so we went to Homestars to find some. After evaluating the quotes and Homestars reviews, we chose Tilestars . We contacted Dimitri of Tilestars and arranged for a site visit. Dimitri was very professional and pleasant to speak with as we worked out the installation details. We set a date for the work to begin and end, as I had other trades people to come in after Dimitri to start their work. Dimitri told me it would take a week to do the work. We signed the contract and agreed on a start date. On install day, Dimitri arrived on time, enclosed the work area in plastic and began his work. During the work, Dimitri kept the area clean, organised and work progressed to schedule. Dimitri completed the work on time and within the price he quoted. We decided to renovate our kitchen and install new IKEA kitchen cabinets Aside from IKEA, we did not have any other installers to provide us with a quote so we went to Homestars to find some. After evaluating the quotes and Homestars reviews, we chose Drakon Construction. We contacted Oleg of Drakon Construction and arranged for and installation date. Oleg was very professional and pleasant to speak with as we worked out the installation details . They advertised themselves as experienced IKEA installers and when they began the work, it was quickly evident that they knew what they were doing. They came to the site on time everyday, were very organized and very knowledgeable about the whole process. They kept the area clean and halfway during installation we asked to make some changes which included uninstalling some cabinets and reinstalling them back with the changes. This was done and there was no extra charge. The installation was started and finished within the time frame and budget that Oleg had specified. Oleg and his partner, Ihor, did a fabulous job.
