NO WAY HE DID A PROPER INSPECTION ALAN was scheduled to come at 11am. Came past 12 noon. I let him in. I left for lunch. Came back at 12:40pm. He was gone. No way he could have possibly done a thorough inspection of my house. This is a 2 story rowhouse. 100 years old. Not a condo or new build. I don't know what this guy is playing at. But he is no real inspector. His report was poorly written. It made no effort to describe what was serious and what was minor. Everything was just listed out. Like he spent all of 10 min writing it.

I would highly recommend calling them for an estimate. Thomas came out and did a thorough inspection to tell me if the water heater upgrade was possible. He took measurements and carefully inspected everything. In the end it was not possible to install the gas water heater I wanted but he told me that after careful consideration and did not try to sell me something that I would have problems with later on I appreciated the good customer service and their honesty.

Very quick service. Igor was very curteous during the estimate and during the work itself. Job was done within the time that was quoted. The emails were not always responded to quickly. Some times I had to wait days to hear a response but that's still better than most companies I have dealt with. They always answered when called.
