I would highly recommend calling them for an estimate.
Thomas came out and did a thorough inspection to tell me if the water heater upgrade was possible. He took measurements and carefully inspected everything. In the end it was not possible to install the gas water heater I wanted but he told me that after careful consideration and did not try to sell me something that I would have problems with later on
I appreciated the good customer service and their honesty.
