I was pleased with quality for craftsmanship and materials. They also suggested a few useful adjustments. Second. Windows and trim replacement. Another success. Well done within the budget. They recommended aluminum trim that I found very practical. A+ In addition I have ordered from them same aluminum trim for another property.

Reviving the system left by ADT.
David was able to come by on the same day I contacted him. Friendly and professional service. David showed up on time, very straightforward. He tried the best reviving the panel left by ADT, unfortunately main board had to be replaced, as ADT locks your equipment and does not release even if you purchased the system. Due to some technical challenges with the equipment follow up visit was required. The follow up visit, David was as well on time and completed the task promptly. He re-programmed, installed additional equipment and tested the system. Now system works with another provider with no issues.

Perfect experience. Boris from sales office took time addressing all my questions and concerns with sound level of expertise. Once we came into agreement, everything was on time and on budget. Very reasonably priced. Installation team showed up sharply on time. very friendly and professional. Job was done professionally, quickly (approx. 4 hrs) and clean. System was demonstrated to me, features and documents well explained.
