Boris won us over with his very clear, no-hard-sell approach. Kam and his crew came to perform the installation and was very efficient. Everything went in and out in one day and they were very tidy. Boris also handled all the rebates to make things as easy as possible. We were very pleased with Cozy World and would highly recommend them for any AC or furnace installation.
