Tom is a very detail oriented inspector. He took the time to go through each level of the home throughly, and you never felt he was rushing to get the inspection done quickly. He took the time to answer questions during and after the inspection. Even if some time had passed, he kept detailed records that he openly and happily answers your question or concerns. Will definitely not hesitate to recommend and hire him again for future inspections.

Jony and his team were fantastic to deal with. Not only did they get the job done on time, he worked magic with our small budget. As a matter of fact, the job started out as a backyard patio install, but we were so pleased with his work, we pushed our budget to include the side walkway as well, and it was well worth it. Jony was always present to update us on the progress and always catered to our vision, and providing some great recommendations that made the finished product even better. My system was installed, and just recently serviced by WaterMart. The technician is Scott and I applaud him for the care and professionalism he exudes. I have a baby at home and when we got him ready for his nap, Scott immediately tried his best to keep his install even quieter, to ensure he did not wake up my son. He did this without being asked! Thoughtfulness like this and fantastic service is why I will recommend and continue to use Watermart.

My furnace broke down last night and I called Applewood initially for emergency repair (as I have a baby at home). They said their technician would call me back, but never did. I waited all night and they never bothered to even call me to let me know their tech could not make it, so that I could make other arrangements (i even mentioned to them that I have a baby at home). Highly unprofessional. So I came to Homestars this morning to find another HVAC company and decided to call Coretemp. Richard (owner) took the call and got to my house in less than 30mins, had my furnace running in 10 mins and explained to me how to diagnose and adjust it next time. Richard was prompt, efficient, honest in what he does. Truly a gem of a company to deal with. I highly recommend Coretemp, and he will be my go-to HVAC company from here on.

Price was ok, but when I needed help with issues on 3 out 5 appliances, they were no where to be found. I called the rep and even the manager of the store and they completely ignored me. Had to call the head office to get a response. Resulting from this experience, I would like to let everyone know to avoid this Tasco. Your hard earned money is better spent at another store where they value after sales and customer service. This Tasco seem only interested in making the initial sale and not interested in supporting the customer after the purchase. If Homestars would allow a negative rating, I would have given it to them.

John is the best contractor I have ever hired. He is a highly skilled and meticulous individual, and takes the time to make sure even the smallest detail is done right. His tiling work is very precise, the alignment is laser sharp and his creativity ensured that the finished product looked good. I will not hesitate to hire him for all my future renovations.
