I had a Hot/Cold water mixing valve which was attached to my water heater that needed to be replaced. An appointment was set up for the first thing the next day and the technician (Adam T.) came within the specified timeframe. He was very courteous & professional. He inspected my water heater/furnace and educated me about my system, how to better maintain it and how to shut down the water supply in an emergency. He discussed options and provided quotes for each option. Their quotes were inline with another one I received so I gave Adam the green light to proceed. After a few hours he was done he reviewed what he did and confirmed my issue was resolved. Overall, this was a positive experience. It was more expensive than I initially though it would be to fix, but after getting two similar quotes from different companies I guess my expectations were off. I would recommend Priority Plumbing... especially their technician Adam. Thank-you

i initially contacted George via email to get some information about what is required to connect my natural gas BBQ to my existing gas line that was never used before. When I got my BBQ, I called George on a Saturday and he was at my place within 1 hour. He came in, modified the gas line, connected to my BBQ and fully tested the connection for leaks. This was exceptional service and I highly recommend him
