Stewart’s provided a quote more promptly than others and suggested shingles of superior quality with a longer and transferable warranty. While someone noted a colour I hadn’t requested, the owner resolved the issue and the roof was done professionally and with my desired shingle. I would highly recommend Stewart Roofing.

Ahmad sent out his team last fall. While they appeared to do a decent job waterproofing and parging they did not finish the work in the contract (I.e. Paving and reinstalling my privacy fence) despite asking for more payment than they should have. I had to pay other contractors to fix my deck which was not reinstalled properly by OFC. I've been trying to contact Ahmad for months via email and phone but he won't respond. This is a common complaint on OFC on recent sites. Stay away from OFC!

The initial service from OFC was good but once the majority of the work specified in the contract was complete they disappeared. The foundation work was well done but they asked for more than 75% of money owing when the waterproofing was complete and promised to complete the work but I've never been given a date for completion and OFC doesn't return calls or respond to emails any longer. My deck was not reinstalled properly and I had to hire the original builders to fix it. The pole to protect my natural gas meter was not reinstalled, nor was my drive way paved. I would have given them an excellent review if OFC had finished the job they started.
