I just had this company come out and repair a washer that was not draining. Without my authorization he replaced the drain pump and then showed me a bill for $475 for the total cost to repair. I told the repair gentlemen that I did not authorize you to go ahead with the repair and called the general line. The receptionist tried to assist but she couldn't get in touch with her manager. At the end, he told me I'm going to take the new part out and charge you the service charge and I didn't want him touching my appliance anymore so he brought the bill down to $300 and I paid it. I am still not happy with this service and how he went about it all. I hope to eventually get a call from the owner to resolve this horrible experience. Be careful with this company!

Hello,
without any authorization we can not replace the part, your tenant told us that he have to replace this part and gave as an authorization.
you came after the part was installed and told us that you won't pay for this repair , the technician decide to take the part off ,but you didn't gave him.
you only cover the part cost and didn't want to pay for labor.
Anyway sorry for your bad experience with our company.
