So this company came from a friend referral. He seemed nice over the phone and we told him the make of the tankless water heater on the phone. He doesn’t repair that make so couldn’t help if it was under warranty but failed to mention that on the phone. He came the next day (didn’t think it was important enough to come on a Sunday so he came on Monday), saw that it was leaking (which is a warranty issue) and still didn’t mention that he can’t fix a warranty issue . He somehow got the hot water working and put a Tupperware under to catch the water, and left the gas and water on. The only good thing he did is tell us to call the people who installed it. The people who installed it came after this person and immediately shut us down because it was a safety issue. Also, not only did he leave us in an unsafe predicament he charged us for a full service call and then we had to pay the next place for a full service call as well. He wasted our time and money and all during a pandemic!!

We were recommended to this company by friends that were having same trouble as us. Some rooms hot, some rooms freezing! They explained everything to us about the process. It was very clean, no mess, and they fixed disconnects. There were a few small holes in the ceiling in the basement closet where they fixed the disconnects but they repaired it and it looks fine. Most importantly, all rooms have equal heat and we are so happy we did this!!!

Our refrigerator has made loud clunking noises after the compressor turns on since it was delivered to us 5 months ago. It is still under warranty so the manufacturer sent Elite to us to fix the problem. They were very professional, on time, and took there shoes off when they entered our house. They had to order a part in for us, and then they called to schedule an appointment when the part was in. The noise is gone and we are very happy!

This company was recommended to us by a company that is going to seal our ducts. They were very easy to communicate with by email, very professional in the office and in our home, arrived on time, actually early and they called before they came. They were very nice and respectful in my house, they wore protective booties over their shoes so no mess, and they spent approximately 1 1/2 - 2 hours, so very thorough. The prices are on the website, so you know exactly how much it is and what is included. The only negative, and it is minor, is that the dryer vent was not included and an extra $50, which feels pricey to me when they are already there doing the platinum package. Overall a great experience!

What a great experience from beginning to end. Ben and Mohamed were so helpful, let me take samples home, came to my home and took measurements, and not pushy at all. The installers they sent to put the carpet and baseboards in were very professional, kept the area clean, and did the job on time. Also, there were no hidden costs, it was exactly what they said it would be. And now that it’s in and the job is done, it is beautiful and we love it!!!

We are thrilled with our recovered furniture. The service was amazing, they helped us pick out the fabric and colour and it is beautiful. I would recommend this company to everyone.
