The spring on our door broke over the weekend - Chris responded promptly and came out first thing Monday morning. The door is working perfectly again, very happy with the service.

We ran into Krista at the Toronto Home show, and she gave us a very competitive quote for a Liftmaster 8500W + installation. When we followed up, the price was pretty much accurate, and so she came out to see our garage. Access very clearly outlined the possible causes for extra cost in the project, letting us do a bit of extra work ourselves to reinforce the area where the opener would be placed to keep the cost at price. When the day came to install, it was very smoothly done and works great. Thank you Access! Great work and we're super happy with the product.

Our toilet was shifting around and slowly leaking into the room below, so we called Valentin in to work on it. He was fast, efficient and did a great job. He also made some very helpful suggestions for future improvements and fixed another item while he was there that was also broken (the toilet shut-off valve).

We bought our house when the housing market was at its peak, and we couldn't get an inspection. Rob came in to give us one, and did an awesome job. We walked round the house and he gave us pointers of things that needed to, or could be be improved. He also suggested approximate costs for the changes, and what we needed to prioritize doing. Within 24 hours we'd received a long detailed PDF report of everything he'd said to us (plus a whole bunch more minor things to address at some point). It was a pleasure working with Rob and I'd highly recommend his services.

We had two cedar trees growing up against the side of our house and wanted to get them taken down before winter. My wife and I are both busy with our work, and Tom was quite happy to deal entirely by phone and email with us. He was always responsive and we got both a quote, time estimate and trees removed without ever having to be there in person - excellent service and high quality work.
