I recently had a patio cover added to the back of my house and had problems with leaks where the patio cover attached to the facia of my bay window where the gutters used to be installed. The patio cover installer ( who's not skilled in roofing) tried his best and felt the problem may be with the roof. He admitedly did not have experience with tile roof I called several roofers and only Greg took the time to come out and look at the problem first hand. Greg did some minor repairs and trouble shooting. Greg then worked in an advisory capacity with the installer of the patio cover and walked him through the modifications (based on Greg's experience) of what had to be done in regards to the flashing. This saved me money and in the end ... No more leaks!! Greg was courteous, professional, patient and thorough in his explanations. He was quick to return emails and more important, Greg took a personal and caring interest in remedying my problem. In my opinion, Greg went beyond the call of duty and I would highly recommend Greg to anyone who is interested.
