I was looking to purchase a Samsung RF23J9011SR refrigerator. I spoke to Mr. Laurent, who provided me all the information necessary and answered all my questions. I purchased the appliance and I will probably be contacting Laurent soon to purchase a 18 cu ft horizontal freezer. I was very satisfied with the service that Laurent provided.
