I wanted to schedule several home maintenance repairs on the same day and Williams Home Comfort were able to accommodate my schedule. Their staff explained what they would be doing and provided a cost estimate before starting work and they adhered to that estimate. When they were finished they also showed me what had been done and how to adjust things as needed. Great service from this company is what I have come to expect and they delivered once again.

I found a water leak at 7 in the morning and opened a service request. Blue Ribbon responded within less than two minutes, and had someone at my house 3 hours later. Will definitely hire them again (already have a job in mind).

My garage door opener had been repaired (sprocket replacement) about 5 weeks earlier, then failed again on Saturday. Not wanting to go through another repair, I purchased a new garage door opener late that evening and turned to Homestars to find a professional. Tony at Best Doors Inc. responded on Sunday morning, and I contacted him the next day to arrange for installation. He was able to come to my house early Monday evening, accommodating my work schedule, and he did a phenomenal job! He also gave us some pointers to keep the new system running smoothly, and provided an assessment on the condition of our garage door. I highly recommend Tony and Best Doors Inc.

Our furnace had been working fine, about 60% of the time, not particularly useful during the coldest part of the winter. I contacted Williams Home Comfort and was pleased that they were able to come to my house the next day. The technician, Jacob, initially diagnosed the problem as being with my thermostat, which was a bonus because I wanted him to install an Ecobee 4 anyway. After replacing the thermostat the furnace seemed to work fine, but a few hours later the problem returned. I phoned Williams again, and within a couple of hours Jacob was back at our house. He fixed the problem in short order, replacing the flame sensor (which he had to modify to fit our particular model of Lennox furnace), and it has been working great since. I would absolutely use Williams Home Comfort again.

Our garage door opener failed just as we were leaving for vacation. Upon our return I went to Homestars to have someone take a look. Within 10 minutes of posting I received a call from The Garage Door Depot, and they were able to send someone out within a couple of hours. The service technician was very courteous and thorough, would use the Garage Door Depot again (hopefully not too soon though). EDIT: Less than two months later the repair job failed. Turns out the technician did not apply any grease when he replaced the sprocket so it wore out in shorter.

I had a good feeling about GutterWorks when I submitted my project details on Monday, and Ken called me within minutes! The crew that did the installation work this past Saturday were very efficient and did a beautiful job, and the price quoted was exactly what I paid. I am incredibly pleased with the entire experience - communication, timeliness and quality of workmanship. I would absolutely use GutterWorks again in the future, and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

This past weekend I used Nibia Movers to move the furniture and a few boxes from my condo in Connaught to my new house in Strathcona. I could not be happier with the service and professionalism of Andrey and his crew! - Andrey was detailed and timely with his correspondence from the outset - the estimate provided was spot-on (and the price was incredibly competitive to begin with) - the crew used runners throughout to ensure my floors were kept clean and not damaged - my furniture was well-wrapped with pads, and although some pieces were challenging to move (corner condo unit, narrow doorways, smallish elevator) the process was smooth and there was zero damage - the furniture was placed in our new house exactly where I requested If I move again in the future I will definitely contact Nibia Movers, and I will certainly recommend them to others.
