We contacted Red Robin for a quote to replace the brick around the front porch and seal up a basement window. John came to look at the job and gave us a very reasonable price, not the cheapest, but very reasonable compared to other contractors. They worked around our schedule as we were timing the work before other work could be done. They sent out a young man named Greg. I would like to say that I’ve never meet a more respectful, polite and hard working person. It was amazing to see such a young person take so much pride in his work. He even worked through rain! I got home from work and the finished job looks amazing. I’m sorry that I did not get the opportunity to thank him in person. I would highly recommend Red Robin and I would specifically ask for Greg. Thanks Red Robin Team!

Patterned Concrete did my neighbor’s driveway and front walk way about 6 years ago and was so impressed at the workmanship and quality that we decided that we would also get ours done. Tom came in and gave a big book of references, gave my wife and me an education on how it works and how it settles, and what material is needed for the best quality work. Once we decided and worked out the price we could not wait until the project was started. Suzy called us we knew that we were in good hands she was professional, patient and very knowledgeable. The designer came to site and we were give several design options that we tweaked to our style. Susy was very helpful with our changes. Before each stage, head office (Suzy) would forward an email stating what the crew would doing so there were no surprises. They use a number of professional manpower to complete the work. Every team was polite and professional, it is insane how well they work together. We were promised that it would be completed in 3 weeks and they were right on time. There are lots of contractors that will do it for cheaper but trust me pay the extra and contact Patterned Concrete you will not be disappointed.
