Our roof had some animal damage in a couple of spots, and the gutters were in a dire need of cleaning. Toronto Roof Repairs came through with the best quote, so we went ahead and hired them. They did a fantastic job with a quick turnaround, offered helpful advice on keeping our roof in good condition, and generally went above and beyond in the level and quality of service. I couldn't be happier, and will certainly hire them again in the future.

Our ageing furnace required expensive repair, and we made the decision to replace it instead. We also decided to replace the hot water tank with a tankless heater, and replace the AC unit as well. After getting quotes from several companies, CEM came in literally *thousands* of dollars below the competition, for higher-quality hardware. Edward took meticulous care of explaining all the different options, describing the process, planning out the installation, and also gave very helpful advice on how to get the best rebates. As soon as we decided to proceed with the installation, it only took a few days to get it scheduled. The crew was at our house at 9 AM sharp, they were very well organized and professional, and completed the entire install on the same day with minimal disruption (I was at home in case any questions arose, but they really just went ahead and did everything right). We did encounter one small post-installation issue, and Edward went above and beyond to resolve it and explain to us the correct way of operating our new hardware. Overall I couldn't be happier with our upgrades, and the entire experience was flawless. Edward and team exceeded our expectations by light-years. Thank you, CEM!

Eugene and his team were attentive, professional, and went the extra mile to complete the project perfectly. He suggested the two-tone look and the acrylic upper cabinets, and we are happy he did. I readily confess to being both a control freak and a DIYer, and Impressions were able to accommodate both of these challenges ;). Quality materials, top-notch manufacturing and installation - truly impressed. Will enjoy this kitchen for years to come.
