We had a mysterious burning smell in our condo, and worried it might be our 1yr old heat pump. Thermocool sent a technician to check it out and confirmed it was likely not our heat pump (phew). I was very impressed at the level of service - Jamie listened carefully to my explanation of the situation and was very knowledgable of the type of unit we have. He was professional and courteous, and took the time to explain all the different things he was testing to ensure no stone was left unturned. I checked my records after he left and it turns out he was one of the technicians who installed it last year! He's an absolute gem, now proven twice over. I'm so glad I called Thermocool - I've only ever had positive experiences with their technicians and will definitely call again should I ever need HVAC service in the future.

The guys at Codona did a fantastic job in our condo (just under 1000 sq feet - installed Twelve Oaks Acacia "Morning Fog" throughout). We worked mainly with Oliver to get the order sorted, and then Milos and Oliver did the install. The floors look absolutely beautiful, and they were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Very friendly, very responsive, and very hard working - they finished a day earlier than expected! I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering new flooring.
