We knew it was time for a new furnace so we went with Reliance because of their connection with the Alberta Motor Association. Sales guy (Dan) seemed to know his stuff but was pretty pushy about getting it done ASAP. Installer and his apprentice were really good guys and we thought they knew what they were doing too, except when the city came to inspect the work they noticed there was no return air in the basement. I really think someone from Reliance should have picked up on that. Sales guy also said he would be checking in with us after install but guess he is to busy hustling more new clients for Reliance. We will wait and see if they get back to us about the return air problem and how quick that can be fixed.

We have used hometurf lawn care service for the last three years and been nothing but happy with their service and the way our lawn has always looked after they have done their thing. Current economic conditions mean we are not using them this season, but as soon as things turn around they will get our business again.
