Steve Bowden came to our home last week to look at a part above our hot water tank, this was a part that was not covered under our plan with the hot water tank, Steve explained to us re the plumbing plan, great plan we so signed up for it as well as our A/C and Furnace plan. Steve explained the part problem we got and as well re the plan. Very helpful. Thanks Steve

Jezmar mcBean was here for about 15 mins repaired and had our hot water tank up and running in no time!! Also answered some questions I had about the plumbing plan as well, was very helpful and knowledgable. Very polite young man, Pays for the protection plan!!
