Got a quote to do a retrofit of the windows in front. They were nearly half the price of other quotes we received so we were a little apprehensive about using them. That said, we wanted to give them a shot so we had them replace our front door with a more energy efficient one. We were so pleased with the workmanship and install process we decided to go ahead with the window install. They did all our windows and after some back and forth on some minor deficiencies they came back and fixed we are very pleased with the result. The thermal and sound performance of our windows is like night and day and it completely changed the look of our facade. The performance of the doors and windows even helped us qualify for the Enbridge rebate. Best investment we made to our home to date

Update: Dave was somewhat apologetic about causing damage to my ceiling (and wiring above my kitchen island) and after some back and forth tried to fix the issue by giving me a refund and extra money to repaint the ceiling in my kitchen. It was the least he could do I guess seeing as they are not a painting or renovation company so I hope it is enough to fix it. I wish my experience was better again they seem like very nice people and I did have a very positive experience with Randy a couple years back but unfortunately I will still be looking for another cleaning company. I hired Dave to do a clean on my house with the intention of using them monthly. I’m pregnant and will need the help going forward. He came by and gave a quote a week before saying he would need 6 hours. We’re actually pretty proud of the condition of our home (we keep it clean and tidy) however there are areas that are harder to take on especially with me being pregnant. When he came I specifically asked him to focus on areas I could not reach in my condition (dusting high areas, trim above doors, around radiators, in between railings). The house had been cleaned before because we had a party (vacuum, mopped, etc.) I left Dave for 2 hours on the main floor and did laundry upstairs, came back down to find he did not do anything I asked. So I took a damp cloth and mop and started doing the areas myself until I heard a drip coming from my kitchen island - water running from my ceiling down a pendant light. I jetted upstairs to find he had hit the radiator while he was vacuuming and water had leaked all over my bathroom floor. When I told him he was not at all concerned (didn’t even bother to come down to look at it). Now I have a giant stain on my ceiling and my pendant lights keep flickering . At that point I just wanted him out of my house. When I told him he needed to wrap it up he said my house (was worse than he thought) and I would need 2 cleaners for 8 hours (yeah right) . He used a shopvac to vacuum so I was sneezing for the rest of the day I actually think my floors got dustier as a result. He is a nice man (hence the 2 stars)but I will not be using them again.
